RESPOND TO:   CLASSMATE–Y.W.

College career counseling or higher education greatest need will be finding the path that will or are more suitable for their skill set and experience and will make them happy.  To identify the needs of each student one on one consultation will be done through the assessment process.  According to Brandt, (2003), “three counseling approaches are traditional one to one consultation with a professional counselor, small group experiences, and workshops, and programmed self – instruction procedures in which clients work under their direction through structured tasks from a professional staff”(p.495). Approaching the college students of this generation is quite different than the past.  I believe they are taking the initiative and proactively doing what it takes to find the best match career for themselves.

The financial sacrifice and burden is serious business. Therefore there’s no time to waist. Gone are the days of just selecting a major for the sake of going to college.  Utilizing time wisely. Selection of a worthwhile and meaningful career is beneficial to individuals currently and in the future. The gratification and experience of completing with a degree that makes you observe, and appreciate the changes that were made in completing this journey. Working in a peaceful and happy environment will be work productive and a stress-free workplace.  The resources available such as the interest and the various array of test to help students identify what career is ideal for them, and will move things in the right direction.  Students are also taking their time to find suitable careers by researching what their likes, dislikes, and what they should work towards achieving their goals.  Counselors need to ensure the proper resources are in place, during assessment so with the necessary tools students will have all the need to make the best possible decision and career choice for themselves.

Assume you are the owner of a small CPA practice in a major metropolitan area. You have six professional employees, of which 2 are relatively new CPAs (recent graduates from UMUC), and an experienced office manager. In the past, your practice consists primarily of tax and advisory services, but you want to expand the practice. Based upon your desires to expand the practice, you have found a potential new client.

The client has a growing homeowners’ association consisting of 1000 homeowners, who is in the process of acquiring with four other homeowner associations within the next 90 days. This acquisition will increase the number of homeowners to 3000. The new client is interested in using a single automated accounting information system that will be able to perform the following functions:

? Billing (Invoicing): Each month, the system will generate an itemized bill for each homeowner. The fees will vary from $100 to $200 per month, based upon the location of each home, and the type of home (townhouse or single family homes). Late fees are 20 percent per month of the unpaid balance. The bills are mailed the 25th of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the following month.

? Collections (Receipts): Payments can be made in person (at the HOA main office); via mail (via a PO Box); or electronically. Payments will be deposited to the client’s account.

? Payments (Checks): It is expected that the system will generate a minimum of 100 checks / payments each month. These payments will cover a variety of services, such as expenses for office supplies; rent; utilities; landscaping; and trash/snow removal.

? Payroll: It is expecting that the client will have roughly 20 full-time employees and 30 part-time employees. Employees will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Payment will be made from the client’s payroll checking account, which is separate from the client’s primary account.

Currently two of the four HOAs (including the client) are using an automated accounting system (Sage and QuickBooks), while the others are using Microsoft Excel to perform its accounting functions. Per this, you can see why the client will want to move to a single system. The client is using QuickBooks, but is open to using another system.

As the owner of the CPA firm, you are excited by this opportunity because it is a way to expand your practice, but this is an opportunity that is very new to you. As the result of this opportunity, you have asked your lead CPA to develop a document that will help you to determine if you should proceed with this opportunity. You have given your resources four weeks to complete this assignment.

Required: Using the methodology developed in this course, document and illustrate the system from an automated function viewpoint. As part of your documentation, you will need to identify the specific system requirements in the areas of inputs, outputs, and controls for each of the service areas. Your finish product will be a paper based upon the following outline:

Section 1. Executive Summary

Section 2. Introduction

Section 3. System Requirements

Section 4. Outsourcing Functions

Section 5. System Selection

Section 6. Challenges to Automation

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Hills like White Elephants: Thesis: The character of Jig is clearly suffering from abuse at the hands of The American and, thusly, exhibits diminished self-esteem which can be evidenced in her behavior throughout the story. It needs to be at least 1750 words.

Her experience of psychological abuse from her partner has also made her an easy prey of the American’s bullying. This paper shows that because of low self-esteem, Jig loses her autonomy and happiness. The character of Jig is clearly suffering from abuse at the hands of the American and, thus, exhibits diminished self-esteem, which can be confirmed in her behavior throughout the story.

The American is a bully with Machiavellian attitudes that are represented through his self-centeredness, disagreeableness, exploitation, and manipulation. He is a classic example of an egotistical man. He keeps on saying that Jig can have the baby if she wants to, and yet he also emphasizes that he does not want to have a baby. He says: “But I dont want anybody but you. I dont want anyone else” (Hemingway). He does not want any other responsibility other than his partner. In “Proposing a Multidimensional Machiavellianism Conceptualization.” Rauthmann and Will use Christie and colleagues’ (principally text-driven and qualitative) research regarding a psychological construct of Machiavellianism, where one of the manifestations is lack of affect and empathy for others (Rauthmann and Will 393). The study by Andreou, in “Bully/Victim Problems and Their Association with Psychological Constructs in 8- To 12-Year-Old Greek Schoolchildren,” also showed that bullies have high scores in Machiavellianism. By persuading Jig to abort the baby, the American emphasizes his preference for his own welfare. He seeks his own happiness, which is typical for Machiavellian characters. The American is also a bully because of his explicit disagreeableness. He is disagreeable in the sense that he keeps on saying things that do not make any sense. He says: “I might have, just because you say I wouldnt have doesnt prove anything” (Hemingway). He is stressing that he has

Create a 10 page essay paper that discusses Multidisciplinary Team Relationships in Healthcare.

Download file to see previous pages…

There have been legislations on equality and diversity in professional practice that have been incorporated in the training needs and personal development plans created by most providers (WAGNER, E.H., 2000).

Consequently, there is a huge volume of literature on this area where different view points on multidisciplinary healthcare team have been critically examined in order to reach viable model of implementation in quality healthcare and to find out some heuristic device to solve the problems of interrelationships in a team. (Good emphasise) (ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS. 1994.)

”This author intends to have a critical review of literature on multidisciplinary team relationships in healthcare mainly focusing on nursing and other members of the team with examples from occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and other care disciplines” Reasoning is sufficient. To be able to do this, a thorough literature search was undertaken from Blackwell Press, Medline, Ingenta, British Medical Journal, High Wire Press, and Sage Journals online with the keywords ‘multidisciplinary team’ and ‘health care’. A total of 6432 journal articles were identified. To narrow down our search, a further search on these articles with keywords, ‘relationship’, ‘interdisciplinary relations’ and ‘interrelationship’ yielded only 232 articles. To further focus in our interest area and to reduce the articles to the specific area of the review, a search with key words ‘occupational therapy’, ‘physiotherapy’, ‘community mental health’ at different search incidences led to 15, 4, and 20 articles respectively. The keyword ‘nursing’ further narrowed it down to 12 results in total. This reviewer selected 6 literatures to study the question of professional interrelationships in a multidisciplinary care team from the perspective of nurses included in the team as applied to healthcare and its impact on delivery of healthcare in the areas of occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and mental health.

The multidisciplinary care in the area of occupational therapy demands a change in the approach towards the definition of the responsibilities of each participant in the team with an emphasis on chronic illnesses and sufferings from it. There are always ambiguous areas of roles or responsibilities in terms of ownership of healthcare, and there would be evident and consequent power struggles to lay claim on ownerships in a team. This leads to heightened tension within the group and resultant shift of focus from patient-centred care to hassles related to assumption of authority in a team. To obviate this, terms like collaboration and participation have proliferated with growing concern and stress on active involvement of patient and caregivers that invokes predominance of informed choices of the patients at least in selected areas (COPNELL, B.,JOHNSTON, L., HARRISON, D. ET AL. 2004). (Reference would be of benefit).

I will pay for the following essay Introduction to the Special Section on Dramatic Play. The essay is to be 2 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page.

Dreams can occur in any of four stages of sleep. But the most memorable and flamboyant dreams occur in REM sleep or last stage of sleep. Sleep cycle reiterates itself about four to five times on average per night, but can be repeated as many as seven times. Therefore, one can imagine why people have different dreams during one night. But, mostly people only remember the dreams that happen during the time they are about to wake up. People don’t remember those dreams don’t mean they never happened. Some people think that they don’t dream at all but in reality, they do but just don’t remember what they dreamt about (Porter, 1987).

How did Freud use dreams to help people understand their behaviors? What evidence did he use to support the contention that dream analysis is a valid way of treating mental illnesses? Did the evidence he provide support his claims?&nbsp.

Psychotherapy is a way that the dream material is examined clinically. It is vital to realize that dream is never used by you itself. When you are telling someone about your dream, it is not possible to portray the images you supposed while you were sleeping. Putting dream into words is a flawed endeavor to explain what you witnessed. Freud advised that dreams may reproduce our unconscious and unrecognized desires and fears. He said that person’s dreams are interpretations of psychological well being. He suggested that the unconscious disturbances in the thoughts of people are depicted in dreams and mental health is enhanced by interpreting the dreams (Zimbardo, Johnson & McCann, 2009).

The idea that Freud brought about dreams harvest little bolster within modern psychology. His overuse and use of the symbolization occurring within dreams, and the symbols was representative of sexual organs which bore little credence at that time and even lesser psychoanalysis that had that

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an essay on Effectiveness of the Transmission of Monetary Policies and Lessons Learned in 2007 and 2008 Global Financial Crisis. It needs to be at least 2750 words.

Download file to see previous pages…

It has also resulted in a number of debates as regards the effectiveness of the transmission mechanism of monetary policies. In the past, monetary policy has been associated with a financial stability of an economy. The problem that a majority of countries face is concerned with the effectual transmission mechanism of an effective monetary-policy. A number of lessons can be learned regarding the effectiveness of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy by central banks in the year 2007 and 2008. The lessons would be based on interest rate, inflation, exchange rates, balance sheet, expectations, as well as moral hazards that characterized the market prior, during and after the 2008 global economic-crisis. A Brief State of the 2007 Financial Crisis and Failure of the Monetary Policy Transmission Mechanism Although financial crisis is not a unique occurrence, the financial crisis of 2007 was more global than other economic crises experienced in the past (Mankoff, 2010). It is also regarded as the most impactful relative to other proceeding financial crises. Due to its high level of degree in terms of impact and globalization, a large number of monetary policymakers were compelled to utilize both conventional and unconventional financial policies. A majority of economic analysts as well as financial institutions in the world were surprised by the fast pace at which the subprime crisis in the US led to a world financial crisis (Cecchetti, 2009, p. 53). The global financial crisis led speedily to a world economic crisis. This fast pace left a considerable number of individuals in the business and financial circles with unanswered questions regarding the effectiveness of the transmission mechanism of monetary policy. In particular, the 2007 and 2008 financial crisis questioned the effectiveness of various institutional frameworks (Mankoff, 2010). It also questioned the national and internal monetary instruments in ensuring financial stability at the global level. In relation to Shiller’s (2008) argument, attention has been paid to the role and operation of financial markets, as well as financial institutions. Specifically, questions regarding the effectiveness of financial institutions and markets to price and administer risk have been raised. Analysts observe that there have been inability of private sector to manage risk effectively, and failure of public sector’s supervision of the financial markets (Mankoff, 2010). Interest rate While the financial world changed in the year 2007, the monetary instruments were not updated to handle the change (Swagel, 2009, p.43). The instruments were not transmitted effectively to realize positive impact. Initially, interest rates were traditionally treated as the main financial instrument that would protect an economy against financial difficulties, as well as enhance economic growth. A large number of emerging economies, including India, lowered their interest rates in an anticipation that both prices and output would respond effectively. However, both output and prices did not respond in respect to the anticipation. An interest rate is majorly used in managing the supply of money in an economy. Interest rate has been observed by many individuals as a key monetary instrument in controlling lending and borrowing between financial institutions and consumers. The borrowing and lending is also executed amongst financial institutions. In the event that there is a high supply of money in an economy, a central bank would opt to raise the level of an interest rate.
